Eyelash or eyebrow tinting is the perfect solution if you have light-coloured eyelashes or if you simply do not wish to wear mascara every day. Tinting thickens the look of your existing lashes and defines your eyes. Tinting lasts between two to six weeks depending on the speed of hair growth and it will not come off during water activities. You can choose from an assortment of colours for the most natural look. You will need a skin test 24 hours before this treatment to make sure that you are suitable for tinting.

How long do the lashes last?

Generally lashes can last up to 3-4 weeks from the time of application. The lifetime of your lashes will depend on your hair growth cycle and lifestyle. A regular maintenance programme every 2-3 weeks can extend the life to 8-12 weeks.

Are lashes good for holidays?

Yes, perfect! You can swim and shower with no problem. Lashes look good on the beach and around the pool. Your eyes will always look glamorous and give the appearance of mascara.

Can I wear my normal make-up?

Yes, with recommended mascara and eye-liner. Some make-up brands have a high oil content and we recommend that you do not use waterproof mascara.

Can I use my normal skin care products?

Yes, providing you avoid the eye area as any products containing oil will loosen the lash adhesive. Eye creams in particular should be used with care. Ideally lashes should be cleaned with Lash Perfect gentle eye make-up remover and rinsed off with lukewarm water.

Is it uncomfortable to have them applied?

Not at all, most people enjoy the experience of relaxing for the 1 hour, 30 minutes it takes to apply the lashes.

Do the lashes come in different lengths and thicknesses?

Yes, we will help you choose the best length and thickness to suit you. We can offer you a natural soft effect or a defined glamorous effect, and everything else in between.

Do I have to keep them maintained?

Maintenance is not necessary if you are have lashes applied for a special occasion or a holiday, the lashes will fall out gradually and eventually over time you will be back to your own lashes.

What is the maintenance programme?

Many people like their lashes so much they want to continue wearing the lashes indefinitely. This is achieved by infilling lashes every 2-3 weeks to top up any that have fallen as part of the natural hair growth cycle. Maintenance time will vary according to the length of time the lashes have been in.

How long can I wear the lashes for?

Lashes can be worn for as long as you want to wear them, our only recommendation is that you have a new set every 10-12 weeks.

Can I have them if I wear contact lenses?

Yes, lashes are no problem if you wear contact lenses; however we recommend you remove your lenses before having lashes applied.
